Mexican Mojito

This is a pretty quick and easy cocktail to make, just get all the ingredients together and shake it up. If you like mojitos, you will love this Mexican strawberry version.

Ingredients

  • 1 OZ. lime juice
  • 1 OZ. simple syrup
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 2 OZ. tequila
  • 3 strawberries
  • Lime wheels for garnish
  • club soda

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Using a rocks glass muddle the strawberry, simple syrup and mint together.
  2. Add ice, and tequila.
  3. Lightly stir.
  4. Top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with strawberry and some mint.
