This is a pretty quick and easy cocktail to make, just get all the ingredients together and shake it up. If you like mojitos, you will love this Mexican strawberry version.

Ingredients
- 1 OZ. lime juice
- 1 OZ. simple syrup
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 OZ. tequila
- 3 strawberries
- Lime wheels for garnish
- club soda

Instructions
- Using a rocks glass muddle the strawberry, simple syrup and mint together.
- Add ice, and tequila.
- Lightly stir.
- Top with club soda.
- Garnish with strawberry and some mint.
