Microwave Jacket Potato

Unlike traditional oven-baked jacket potatoes, which can take up to an hour to cook, a microwave jacket potato can be ready in as little as 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 280 g potato
  • butter optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash 280 g Potato and dry with kitchen towel.
  2. Pierce the potato all over with a fork and put into the microwave.
  3. Cook on high power for 8 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.
  4. Cut a cross into the cooked potato and pinch open. Serve with Butter (optional).
