- ½ cup (4 fl oz/120 ml) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled, for garnish
- A few cilantro leaves, chopped, for garnish
