Ingredients

  • 8 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 ears corn

Instructions

  1. Add the water, milk, butter and salt to a large pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the corn with tongs to the pot of water and milk, boiling the corn for 10-12 minutes before removing from the boiling water and letting cool for 5 minutes.
