Ingredients
- 200 g milk chocolate (7oz)
- 200 g white chocolate (7oz)
- 80 g whole almonds (1 cup) I used roasted salted almonds
Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch tin with baking paper.
- Melt the milk chocolate and spread it out evenly into the lined tin. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes until firm.
- Melt the white chocolate and stir in the whole almonds. Gently spread this over the milk chocolate layer in the tin.
- Return the bark to the fridge for an hour or so until hard. Then cut into pieces and enjoy!
