Milk & White Chocolate Almond Bark

Ingredients

  • 200 g milk chocolate (7oz)
  • 200 g white chocolate (7oz)
  • 80 g whole almonds (1 cup) I used roasted salted almonds

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch tin with baking paper.
  2. Melt the milk chocolate and spread it out evenly into the lined tin. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or freeze for 10 minutes until firm.
  3. Melt the white chocolate and stir in the whole almonds. Gently spread this over the milk chocolate layer in the tin.
  4. Return the bark to the fridge for an hour or so until hard. Then cut into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
