- 1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup chopped cooked bacon about 10 slices
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper fresh ground
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, chopped cooked bacon, and chopped green onions.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the mixture, and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend.
- Before serving, garnish the million dollar dip with additional chopped green onions and shredded cheese, if desired.
- Serve the dip with crackers, chips, or veggies.
