- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch (double cornstarch and water if more sauce is desired)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup onion chopped (approximately 1/2 medium)
- 1 pound ground beef lean
- 2 cups petite peas defrosted, frozen
