Minestrone Soup In Soup Maker. How to make the most delicious Italian minestrone soup from scratch using your soup maker.
Ingredients
- 2 lices Bacon
- 1 Haricot Beans drained, canned
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 carrot medium
- 2 potato medium
- 1 onion small, white
- 50 g green beans
- 240 ml vegetable stock
- 450 ml tinned tomatoes
- 1 Tsp garlic frozen
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
10 Minutes Later:
- 1 Tbsp worcester sauce
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 240 ml white wine
- 100 g pasta small
- 1 Tbsp basil
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- black pepper
- salt

Instructions
- Dice your bacon and load into the soup maker with extra virgin olive oil. Sauté for 5 minutes. Cancel sauté. Whilst the soup maker is doing the bacon peel and dice your vegetables.
- Add in the vegetable stock and tinned tomatoes first and stir.
- Then add in everything else from the main ingredients list, stir and then place the lid on your soup maker.
- Cook for 10 minutes on the chunky soup setting. After 10 minutes remove the lid and add all the 10 minutes later ingredients and stir.
- Cook for a further 20 minutes before serving with warm crusty bread.
Notes
- Swaps. Instead of regular tomato paste use what you have in. We used some Moroccan tomato paste that needed using up.
- Pasta. Go with any small pasta that you have in. We used small macaroni.
