Ingredients
For the burger
- 1 lbs ground turkey 93% lean
- 1 tbsp A1 sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 packet zesty Italian seasoning
For the skewer
- ⅓ avocado
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- ⅓ cup munster cheese cubed
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix ground turkey, dijon mustard, A1 sauce and Italian seasoning together until well combined.
- Heat a skillet to medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Then use your hands to form the ground turkey mixture into 12 equal sized patties that are roughly 2 inch diameter and 1” thick.
- Cook mini burger patties on both sizes for 3-4 minutes each or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Wash the tomatoes and lettuce. Dice cheese into thin cubes and the avocado into fine slices. Cut the lettuce into small squares (similar size to the patty).
- Top the cooked burgers with the cheese and avocado slices. Add the tomato to the cocktail skewer and then pierce the burger, cheese, avocado stack.
- Then add the lettuce to the skewer last, placed underneath the burger patty to serve as the base on your serving dish.
- Serve Mini Burgers on a Stick with a side of Ranch or your favorite condiment or drizzle it on top of all of the skewers.

Notes
- These Mini Burger Skewers can be stored assembled on their skewer in an air tight container for 3-5 days. I suggest leaving the lettuce off the bottom until your ready to serve so the juices from the burgers do not drip down and make it soggy.
