These Mini Frankenstein Cake Rolls couldn't be easier and they make a fun Halloween treat that kids will love to help decorate.

Ingredients
- 8 Chocolate mini rolls
- 4 Chocolate sticks
- 16 edible eyes
- Decorator's icing (black)
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Snap each chocolate stick in half and push into the sides of the mini roll.
- Using the end of a teaspoon handle, put a dot of honey on the back of the eyes and stick them to the mini roll.
- Use the decorator's icing to draw a mouth and scar.
Notes
- Because of how fragile mini rolls are, these will crack when you go to put the chocolate sticks in them. You could use cheap supermarket own mini rolls that aren't coated in chocolate, and then you wouldn't have the cracking. But I quite like the cracking, it adds to the spooky vibe.
