Ingredients
- 8 pieces lasagna noodles pre-soaked
- 3 cups meat sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- Parsley for Garnish
Instructions
- Cut the lasagna pasta into small pieces and use it to line the bottom of the jumbo cupcake liner.
- Add a tablespoon of sauce. Then cut a small piece of lasagna noodles on top.
- Add a tablespoon and a half of the ricotta cheese, followed by another layer of pasta.
- Top with 1 1/2 tablespoons of meat sauce, then finish with the shredded cheese.
- Repeat 5 more times to fill all six muffin cups.
- Air fry at 350 for 8 minutes and then let cool before removing from molds to eat.
