  • 8 pieces lasagna noodles pre-soaked
  • 3 cups meat sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • Parsley for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the lasagna pasta into small pieces and use it to line the bottom of the jumbo cupcake liner.
  2. Add a tablespoon of sauce. Then cut a small piece of lasagna noodles on top.
  3. Add a tablespoon and a half of the ricotta cheese, followed by another layer of pasta.
  4. Top with 1 1/2 tablespoons of meat sauce, then finish with the shredded cheese.
  5. Repeat 5 more times to fill all six muffin cups.
  6. Air fry at 350 for 8 minutes and then let cool before removing from molds to eat.

  • Use your favorite marinara sauce flavored with lean ground beef or Italian sausage. Or pick a vegetarian option.
  • Fresh mozzarella melts beautifully, giving your Italian lasagna cups that gooey, cheesy deliciousness we all love.
