Ingredients
- 15 oz LIBBY'S 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 12 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp candied ginger diced small
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 12 mini graham cracker crusts unbaked
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a blender or using a large bowl, mix the filling ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Pour the pumpkin filling into the unbaked pie shells.
- Bake for 35 minutes. Test if done by inserting a knife and it comes out clean, if not bake another 3-5 minutes.
- Allow to cool and serve with whipped cream on top.
