Ingredients
- 1 container 6 oz Fage 0% fat Greek yogurt, plain

- 5-6 mint leaves torn into pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1-2 drops mint extract optional
- Sweetener of your choice optional
- sanding sugar optional
Instructions
- Put a thin layer of honey on the rim of the glass and dip into sanding sugar. Set glass aside.
- In a blender, add yogurt and almond milk, and mix together. Add mint, vanilla, optional extract and sweetener. Blend it up! Enjoy.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- I use plain yogurt. I am used to unsweetened beverages, so you may wish to adjust to what you are used to by using vanilla flavored yogurt (which has some sugar) if you find the plain flavor too tangy.
