Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups chilled sparkling water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon grated ginger (optional for a zesty kick)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices and mint sprigs (for garnish)

  1. In a small bowl, muddle the mint leaves with honey (or agave syrup) and lime juice.
  2. Add the muddled mixture to a pitcher with sparkling water and ginger (if using). Stir well.
