Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons white or yellow miso
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten free
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 garlic clove grated on microplane
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the miso, soy sauce, lime juice, water, agave nectar, garlic and ginger.
  2. While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and sesame oil.
  3. Serve, or cover and store in the refrigerator.
