Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons white or yellow miso
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari for gluten free
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1 garlic clove grated on microplane
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the miso, soy sauce, lime juice, water, agave nectar, garlic and ginger.
- While whisking, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and sesame oil.
- Serve, or cover and store in the refrigerator.
