Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup miso paste soybean paste (white or yellow
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl add the miso paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  2. Whisk together until smooth. Use as a marinade or dipping sauce for chicken or fish.
