Miso Tahini Dressing

This Asian-inspired miso tahini dressing is loaded with tons of mouthwateringly zesty flavor. It’s quick to make and incredibly versatile.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 3 tablespoons White miso paste
  • 2- inch piece ginger peel and chop
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place ingredients in a blender or large cup (for immersion blender) and puree until smooth.
  2. Add more water for a thinner consistency if desired.
  3. Use as a dipping sauce, salad dressing or spoon over steamed/cooked vegetables of choice (pan fried baby bok choy in images).
