Miso Tahini Dressing

This Asian-inspired miso tahini dressing is loaded with tons of mouthwateringly zesty flavor. It’s quick to make and incredibly versatile.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 3 tablespoons White miso paste
- 2- inch piece ginger peel and chop
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a blender or large cup (for immersion blender) and puree until smooth.
- Add more water for a thinner consistency if desired.
- Use as a dipping sauce, salad dressing or spoon over steamed/cooked vegetables of choice (pan fried baby bok choy in images).
