Ingredients

  • 4 lb chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning (1 oz size)
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix (1 oz size)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 Pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the chuck roast into a crockpot. Sprinkle on the ranch dressing and au jus mix.
  2. Place the butter and pepperoncini peppers on top of the roast.
  3. Cover with a lid and cook for at least 8 hours on low heat.
  4. Shred the roast with two forks and serve. Enjoy!
