													This Mississippi pot roast features succulent slow-cooked beef chuck, rich au jus gravy, and zesty pepperoncinis. Get ready for a mouthwatering flavor explosion!

                                Ingredients
- 4 lb chuck roast
 - 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning (1 oz size)
 - 1 packet au jus gravy mix (1 oz size)
 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter
 - 4 Pepperoncini peppers
 
Instructions
- Place the chuck roast into a crockpot. Sprinkle on the ranch dressing and au jus mix.
 - Place the butter and pepperoncini peppers on top of the roast.
 - Cover with a lid and cook for at least 8 hours on low heat.
 - Shred the roast with two forks and serve. Enjoy!
