Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups sugar
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 4 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Whisk together 1 cup sugar, flour, and milk until blended
  2. Whisk in melted butter.
  3. Pour batter into a lightly greased 12x8 baking dish; sprinkle berries over the batter.
  4. Mix remaining ¼ cup sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the batter and berries.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown and bubbly.
