Mixed Berry Fruit Salad

Fresh berries tossed in a quick and easy honey poppyseed dressing. Easy to make and perfect as a snack or dessert option.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • fresh mint leaves Optional garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add in all the berries (2 cups diced strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1 cup blackberries, and 1 cup raspberries)
  2. Drizzle in the 3 tablespoons lime juice, 1/4 cup honey, and 2 tablespoons poppy seeds.
  3. Toss everything gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve.

  • Note: In my video I had some pomegranate seeds that I decided to add in. Feel free to do the same. Don't limit yourself to using only berries, you may also add in any other fruits you like.
