Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, banana, unsweetened almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If a thicker consistency is desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately while cold.
  5. Optional: You can garnish the smoothie with a few berries before serving.

Notes

  • If using a high-powered blender, the frozen berries should blend into a smooth consistency without the need for excessive blending time.
  • Adjust the sweetness of the smoothie by adding more or less honey.
