- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, banana, unsweetened almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If a thicker consistency is desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately while cold.
- Optional: You can garnish the smoothie with a few berries before serving.
Notes
- If using a high-powered blender, the frozen berries should blend into a smooth consistency without the need for excessive blending time.
- Adjust the sweetness of the smoothie by adding more or less honey.
