Mixed berry smoothie bowl - quick, easy, delicious and super healthy. {vegan, gluten free}

Ingredients
- 260 g mixed berries blueberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, frozen, 1 1/2 cups
- 120 ml coconut milk or non dairy milk of choice, 1/2 cup
- 20 g gluten free oats not the jumbo kind, 1/4 cup
- 2 date syrup or agave syrup, tbsp
- 1 tbsp almond butter optional
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Topping
- mixed seeds pumpkin, sundflower, linseed etc, handful
- walnuts handful, or nuts of choice
- raspberries handful, fresh
- dried cherries finely chopped, handful, or goji berries
Instructions
- Measure the frozen berries and allow to partially defrost at room temperature.
- Put all the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and process until you have the right consistency. It should be smooth and slightly thick.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and layer the toppings over the surface. Serve immediately.
