Mixed Berry Smoothie (Oatmeal Smoothie)
This Mixed Berry Smoothie blends a variety of berries with milk, Greek yogurt, and quick-cooking oatmeal to create a creamy, textured drink. The Greek yogurt adds thickness and a mild tang, while the oatmeal contributes subtle nuttiness and heartiness. Honey is optional for extra sweetness. Ingredients
- 1 cup berries strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup quick cooking oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender, and blend until smooth (about 30 seconds to a minute).
- Pour into a glass and decorate, or not.
- Devour.
