Mixed Berry Smoothie (Oatmeal Smoothie)
Description
The recipe combines a cup of assorted berries—such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries—with milk and Greek yogurt to achieve a balance of fruit flavor and creamy body. The addition of quick-cooking oatmeal brings body and fiber, offering slight texture and a mild grain flavor without overpowering the berries.
The ingredients are blended at high speed until smooth, resulting in a vibrant, thick smoothie with fruity sweetness and creamy richness. The optional honey can be added to adjust the level of sweetness to taste.
This smoothie can be served immediately for a refreshing and filling beverage suitable for breakfast or a light snack. The oatmeal inclusion adds a sustaining element often found in oatmeal breakfasts but with the convenience of a smoothie.
