Mixed Berry Smoothie Without Banana

A great smoothie recipe for kids and adults alike, this mixed berry smoothie tastes delicious and can be whipped up in a flash. And you won't need a banana!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsweetened nut milk
  • 1 cup packed fresh baby spinach
  • 3 pitted Medjool Dates
  • 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
  • Optional add-ins: chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, ground flax, collagen, Greek yogurt, lots of other options

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the carafe of a high-power blender in the order listed. Blend on high until smooth. Serve!

Notes

  • If you don't have a high-power blender, pulse the ingredients a few times before blending on high. This will help break them down and make them easier to blend.
  • If your berry mix is on the tart side, add maple syrup to taste for additional sweetness.
