Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened nut milk
- 1 cup packed fresh baby spinach
- 3 pitted Medjool Dates
- 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
- Optional add-ins: chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, ground flax, collagen, Greek yogurt, lots of other options
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to the carafe of a high-power blender in the order listed. Blend on high until smooth. Serve!

Notes
- If you don't have a high-power blender, pulse the ingredients a few times before blending on high. This will help break them down and make them easier to blend.
- If your berry mix is on the tart side, add maple syrup to taste for additional sweetness.
