Mixed Nut Clusters
Mixed Nut Clusters combine semisweet chocolate chips with a variety of nuts including pistachios, cashews, pecans, almonds, and hazelnuts, sprinkled with sea salt to balance the sweetness. These clusters set firmly in the refrigerator and offer a crunchy, satisfying texture with a rich chocolate coating. They work well as a snack or a simple homemade treat that requires minimal preparation.
Ingredients
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pistachio
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup hazelnut
- 1/4 teaspoon salt sea salt
Instructions
- Add the chocolate chips to a large glass bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until smooth, stirring in between each 30 seconds.
- Add in the nuts and stir to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper then add small spoonfuls to the baking sheet in mounds.
- Sprinkle with sea salt while chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate until firm.
