Description
This recipe melts semisweet chocolate chips until smooth, then mixes in an assortment of nuts: pistachios, cashews, pecans, almonds, and hazelnuts. After mixing, spoonfuls of the mixture are placed on parchment paper and sprinkled with sea salt before chilling to set.
The resulting clusters are firm, with a combination of sweetness from the chocolate and a subtle salty contrast from the sea salt. Ingredients
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pistachio
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup hazelnut
- 1/4 teaspoon salt sea salt
Instructions
- Add the chocolate chips to a large glass bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until smooth, stirring in between each 30 seconds.
- Add in the nuts and stir to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper then add small spoonfuls to the baking sheet in mounds.
- Sprinkle with sea salt while chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate until firm.
