Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons garlic - minced
- 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables - defrosted
- 2 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 cup table cream
- 20 pieces quail eggs - boiled and peeled
Instructions
- Melt butter in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until golden brown.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes, covered
- Add the boiled quail eggs and pour in table cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
