  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons garlic - minced
  • 4 cups frozen mixed vegetables - defrosted
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 20 pieces quail eggs - boiled and peeled

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a deep pan or skillet over medium heat. 
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes, covered
  4. Add the boiled quail eggs and pour in table cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
