A copycat from The Old Spaghetti Factory, this Mizithra Cheese Pasta is made with browned butter for maximum flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti dry
- 1 cup butter unsalted
- 3/4 lb mizithra cheese
- parsley chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt generously.
- While the pasta cooks, place the butter in a skillet and let it melt. Continue to cook it over medium heat, swirling the pan often, until it turns a golden brown color.
- Drain the pasta and toss with the browned butter, then add the cheese and stir in.
- Serve topped with chopped parsley.
