Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup yogurt plain, Greek
  • ½ cup rolled oats heaping
  • ⅔ cup milk unsweetened, type of milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxmeal
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 0-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
