Monkey Bread Muffins

Monkey Bread Muffins are easy delicious treats for breakfast and dessert. Made with canned biscuit dough, cinnamon sugar, and brown sugar in a muffin tin!

Ingredients

  • 3 packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough 12 ounces, each cut into quarters
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar , packed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 12 cup muffin tin with baking spray.
  2. Add the sugar, cinnamon and biscuit quarters to a large bowl and toss well to combine.
  3. Add 5 pieces to each muffin tin.
  4. Add the butter and brown sugar to a medium saucepan on medium heat and bring to a boil for one minute before pouring over the muffin tins.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a plate.
