Monster Energy Bites

I'm so busy, but I need to feed myself. These Monster Energy Bites will help me pack a punch of flavor into my day! They're easy and quick with all sorts of add-ins for taste and texture that are perfect for when you have no time or space in your schedule.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups quick oats
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ¼ cup mini m and m’s
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients, and then stir until the honey and peanut butter is well combined with the other ingredients.
  2. Using a large spoon, or portion scoop, measure a small amount of the dough and roll it into a ball shape, about 1 ½ - 2 inches in size.
  3. After shaping it into a ball, place it on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat the process until all of the dough is used.
  4. Chill the bites for about 30 minutes, and then cover in a sealed container until ready to eat.
