Monte Cristo Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 lices of bread
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 2 lices of roasted turkey
  • 2 lices of Provolone cheese
  • 1-2 Tbsp of cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg
  • ½ C milk

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Spread a thin layer of mayo and mustard on the bread.
  2. Alternating, place the turkey and cheese onto the bread.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce on the other piece of bread.
  4. Heat a frying pan to medium heat.
  5. Mix together egg and milk
  6. Dip both sides of sandwich into egg mixture and then fry in pan until golden grown and cheese is melted.
