Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups Moroccan couscous
- ½ cup half and half optional
Instructions
- Bring water, butter, spices, and garlic to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add the couscous and mix briefly. Turn off heat.
- Let sit for about 5 minutes, until the couscous is soft and water is absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork and gently stir in half and half (optional).
