- 3 cups diced watermelon
- 1 medium cucumber sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion sliced
- 2 Tablespoon mint chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of one lime
- 1 Tablespoon honey
Instructions
