Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced watermelon
  • 1 medium cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion sliced
  • 2 Tablespoon mint chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 Tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine watermelon, cucumber, red onion, mint, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, lime, honey. Pour on top of the watermelon and toss to coat.
