Mulling Spiced Vodka

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces filtered water
  • 10 ounces Everclear®
  • 1 tablespoon dried orange peel granules
  • 1 tablespoon allspice berries
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom pods
  • 2 teaspoons whole cloves
  • 3 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. Add water, Everclear®, and spices to a quart size jar. Place on lid. Allow mixture to infuse for at least 2 hours or overnight.  
  2. Strain out solids with a fine mesh sieve.
  3. Add simple syrup, stir and store in clean bottle.

  • makes 24 ounces
  • If using Everclear® 151: 31.75% Alc./Vol. (63.5 Proof)
  • Use as you would any other flavored vodka.
