Ingredients
- 10 Pillsbury Buttermilk biscuits
- 1 (16-ounce) jar pizza sauce
- 10 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 (6-ounce) package pepperoni
- 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced olives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Flatten the Pillsbury biscuits onto the cookie sheet. Cut the slices of mozzarella cheese into ¼-inch strips.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each flattened biscuit, and lay a few pepperoni on each, then lay some strips of cheese over each leaving some pepperoni peaking through.
- Top each pizza with two olives to look like eyes and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve fresh and enjoy!
