Ingredients
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 onions
- 750 g chicken Murgh
- 200 g yoghurt
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp crushed chillies
- Coriander Dhaniya
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tsp cumin seeds Jeera
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in the pan on medium heat until hot
- Add the ginger paste and garlic paste then sauté for 1-2 minutes on high heat
- Add the finely diced onions and cook for 5 minutes until softened
- Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes on high heat until the chicken changes colour
- Add the salt, black pepper, and crushed chillies then cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat
- Add the yoghurt and cook for a further 6-8 minutes on medium heat
- Add the chopped coriander, crushed cumin seeds and chopped green chillies
- Serve alongside some homemade naan and enjoy!
