Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gradually add the olive oil to the mixture while continuously whisking to create an emulsion.
