My Favorite Green Juice
This green juice blends fresh kale, romaine lettuce, parsley, crisp Granny Smith apple, and peeled lemons to create a bright, refreshing beverage. Ingredients
- 2 large kale leaves
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 handful parsley fresh
- 1 large apple chopped, Granny Smith
- 2 lemon peeled, plural
Instructions
- Wash all produce well.
- Chop everything into smallish pieces, just small enough to fit through the juicer’s chute.
- Add each item into the juicer in the order listed.
- Pour juice into a glass, give it a good stir and enjoy immediately.
