My Favorite Green Juice

This green juice blends fresh kale, romaine lettuce, parsley, crisp Granny Smith apple, and peeled lemons to create a bright, refreshing beverage. Ingredients

  • 2 large kale leaves
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 1 handful parsley fresh
  • 1 large apple chopped, Granny Smith
  • 2 lemon peeled, plural

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Wash all produce well.
  2. Chop everything into smallish pieces, just small enough to fit through the juicer’s chute.
  3. Add each item into the juicer in the order listed.
  4. Pour juice into a glass, give it a good stir and enjoy immediately.
