My Grandmother's Bourbon Balls
My Grandmother's Bourbon Balls are no-bake treats made from crushed vanilla wafers, finely chopped walnuts, sweetened condensed milk, and bourbon. After chilling the mixture, it is shaped into balls and rolled in powdered sugar, producing bite-sized, flavorful confections with a moist, rich texture and pronounced bourbon flavor.

- 1 cup walnut finely chopped
- 1 sweetened condensed milk 14 ounce can
- 1/3 cup bourbon

- Bourbon Balls can be prepared 1-2 weeks in advance and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Freeze for up to one month by wrapping tightly in plastic wrap and foil; roll in powdered sugar again before serving.
- Keep them refrigerated to maintain texture; they may soften if left out too long.
