- 220 grams loafed bread*, cut into 2" cubed pieces
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried or 1 tbsp fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt

- 4 medium ripe nectarines, stones removed and sliced into 1/4" thick slices
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
