Ninja Foodi Salmon

Ninja Foodi Salmon. Calling all salmon and fish fillet fans, this is how easy it is to cook salmon in the Ninja Foodi. Including a delicious homemade teriyaki sauce and ready in just a few short minutes, this is true recipe favourite.

Ninja Foodi Salmon Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 medium lemon
  • salt & pepper
  • Healthy Teriyaki Sauce optional
  • Air Fryer Teriyaki Vegetables optional

Instructions

  1. Remove the packaging from your salmon fillets and place them into your air fryer basket. Add 2 cups (480ml) of water into the pressure cooker pot and then add your air fryer basket to it.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on your salmon and add slices of lemon.
  3. Place the pressure cooker lid on your Ninja Foodi and set the cook time to 0 minutes. Then when it beeps do a quick pressure release.
  4. Remove the water from the cooking pot and brush the salmon with teriyaki sauce. Then cook for a further 5 minutes using the air fryer lid at 180c/360f before serving.

Notes

  • Seasoning. You can mix and match with any of your favourite seasonings or marinades. You can also swap salmon for another fish fillet of a similar size.
