No-Bake Banana Split Dessert is the perfect sundae for a crowd. Easy cracker crust topped with ice cream, banana, chocolate, and Cool Whip.

Ingredients

Graham Cracker Crust:
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter , melted
Filling:
  • 3 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 2 medium bananas , sliced
  • 3 cups strawberry ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Topping
  • 1/2 cup strawberry topping
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup Maraschino cherries , dried and chopped
  • 1/2 cup peanuts , roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter until well mixed.
  2. Add crust mixture to a 9x13 baking dish and press down evenly.
  3. Scoop the chocolate ice cream all over the baking pan so there's a good even distribution around the baking dish.
  4. Spread with a knife or offset spatula to smooth over. Repeat with vanilla ice cream.
  5. Lay banana slices in an even layer on top of vanilla ice cream.
  6. Spread strawberry ice cream over bananas.
  7. Spread the chocolate ganache evenly over the ice cream.
  8. Add spoonfuls of pineapple topping evenly over the baking dish.
  9. Add spoonfuls of strawberry topping evenly over the baking dish.
  10. Spread Cool Whip evenly and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
  11. Top with chopped cherries and peanuts before serving.
